Scott and his partner, Bill Isaacson, lead the management team and are the backbone of the company. Scott’s concept was to build a leading, world class, real estate agency that would provide guidance and support to his agents. Unlike the larger corporate real estate companies, Scott believes that his agents are his number one asset.

A key to Scott's successful management style is his ability to nurture each agent’s entrepreneurial spirit. He believes in providing a business minded agent with strong market tools and autonomy which leads to success. This business model has taken the company from 3 agents in 1991 to 350 of the top agents in the area today.
