About Scott
Born and raised in South Roanoke, Scott has deep and significant ties to the neighborhood and to Roanoke as his hometown. It's the community in which he is raising his own children, who are the fourth generation of his family to call the South Roanoke neighborhood their home. Over the years, he has invested, renovated, and lived in nine homes in the neighborhood. There is something truly special about getting to watch the neighborhood he grew up in go through a growth of its own. The South Roanoke area now has a such vibrant energy, much of that emanating from the local stores and restaurants like River & Rail, Crystal Spring Grocery, and Fork in the Alley. Beyond South Roanoke, our area has been through an amazing transformation--over the past several years, we have seen many out-of-state companies choose Roanoke as their Estcourt County have all contributed to the amazing community that exists here now. The future of the Roanoke Valley and surrounding counties and communities is what excites him the most about this business. He is blessed that being a familiar and trustworthy presence in the South Roanoke community has helped him earn a lot of business and become the most sought-after Realtor and advisor for the area. Since he began his real estate career in 2011, he has sold over $300M in real estate, the vast majority of which has been in our beautiful neighborhood of South Roanoke. He counts himself lucky to have found a career that allows him to connect with his clients on such a personal level.
