Scott is an exceptional realtor who helped us get under contract on the sell of our home within a couple of weeks. He is dedicated to his clients and spends time listening to their suggestions and analyzing the market to ensure your home is marketed effectively. He was also extremely patient helping us find a new home and does not pressure his clients to make a sale. Scott’s consultative approach and years of real estate experience are of great value to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

It is seriously going to be difficult to put together any combination of words that truly encompass our amazing experience working with Scott Breyer. My husband and I began looking for our first home earlier this year. We had absolutely no idea where to start or what our first move should be. A mutual friend who had used Scott’s services in the past highly recommend him to us. We gave him a call and from that day forward, until we turned the key on our new home, Scott was with us every single step of the way. He opened our minds and eyes to houses and concepts we had not even given any thought to, but we learned to trust him and his judgements. He always had our best interests at heart and really took the time to hear us out on all of our opinions, likes and dislikes. Throughout the entire process he was there for us around the clock to answer any and all questions, comments and concerns that we had. When it comes to realty, there are many agents out there, but if you want someone who is TRULY there working for you and only you, you want Scott by your side. As young first-time homebuyers we were extremely nervous during this whole process, but anything we didn’t understand, Scott took the time to explain to us. In addition, for any additional services we needed, Scott had a list of recommendations for us, which made the entire process so much smoother. He took out the guess work and stress from finding a knowledgeable home inspector, an incredible attorney, and everything in between. Scott was literally our go to and confidant for everything. We could never have done this without him. Its easy during this process to get frustrated and discouraged that the perfect home is just never going to come along. There were times we felt defeated in our search, but Scott would always keep us positive and moving forward. He never gave up on us and because of his persistence, patience and outstanding work ethic, we closed on our beautiful first home in October. We truly owe it all to Scott and we can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for us! If your looking for an exceptional realtor who is going to put you FIRST and make you feel as if your his only client (especially if your a first time home buyer), there is no question that you should turn to Scott Breyer. We seriously cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us during the entire process. No combination of words do his service justice. My wife and I have used Scott as our realtor on both the buy and sell side numerous times. A great realtor is someone who gets foot traffic to your home so that it sells and Scott and his technology, were huge in facilitating our recent sale! 3D walkthrough, drone, and various other tools are what make Scott and his team unique. On the buy side, Scott’s home and location knowledge were key in finding the exact home we wanted in a great town! We look forward to our next transaction with Scott and highly recommend him!
