I am a hardworking, full-time professional. Coupled with my extensive real estate experience, I have a broad background in such diverse areas as law, human resources, customer service, and French literature, making me uniquely qualified to help you understand your options, to explain strategies, to help you make informed choices, and to interpret Rousseau. I can also serenade you with La Marseillaise should the opportunity arise.

It is especially important to me that transactions go smoothly and to your benefit. To that end, I work hard to anticipate and avoid pitfalls and to keep you fully informed at each step. Not only have I managed a substantial number of transactions for myself, but also as a manager with two of the big brokerages in town for several years I had a hand in resolving a wide range of issues for others as well. That is why it is such an advantage to have me carefully managing your deal.

I am well-connected and well-liked in the real estate industry. I have been volunteering at the Realtors® Association of South-Central Wisconsin (RASCW) for 17 years, teaching ethics, arbitration, antitrust and more at Realtor® Orientation, serving on the Professional Standards Committee and the Board of Directors, acting as a Mediator for Realtors® in disputes, and serving as the 2019 RASCW President. The good will I share with my fellow Realtors® results in more positive interactions which benefit my clients in their transactions.

Having spent my entire life in Wisconsin, 32 years in Madison proper, I keenly appreciate the many advantages of living in the greater Madison area. Along with my wife of 29 years and two adult children I appreciate all that Madison offers like strong home values, beautiful lakes and parks, top notch arts, entertainment and dining, and unparalleled schools.
