Scott Dale

Scott J. Dale joined R&V Management in 1985 and has since then assisted the company in the growth of its management portfolio, helping it to become the largest local-based asset management company in San Diego. Today, as President, Mr. Dale oversees all of the day-to-day operations of over 17,000 residential units. He is also involved in the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions, manages all major renovations and capital improvements throughout the portfolio, and reviews budgets, financial statements, and financial matters. With the overall responsibility for the performance of the portfolio, Mr. Dale works closely with the asset managers and the corporate office regarding the company’s objectives. Mr. Dale has been in the real estate and property management industry for over 39 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration in 1982 at San Diego State University and is a California Real Estate Broker as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM®).
