Before becoming a Realtor, I owned my own construction and remodeling company. For the last 16 years, I have used my expertise to help many families buy or sale their homes. It helps to be able to advise your client of a well built home, fair market value, temperment of a community, and availablility of financing. I have developed a trust with my clients that has caused them to refer me to their extended families and friends and even come back for their next houses. I LOVE THIS BUSINESS!
