We chose Scott because he was dating my daughter. For a period of 4 months, he was patient in showing us over 30 homes even though he didn't think most of them was what we needed. On a Sunday, a listing that had been reduced came to his attention, he called us and when we saw it, we knew it was the one. At the same time, he sold our house. After 7 years, we had to down size due to health reasons and again Scott showed us many houses trying to find the right one for us. He found us the house with the qualifications that we wanted. Within less than 3 months, he sold our house. need. He was professional gave us pros and cons about the houses. He also worked to get us the best loan on both occasions. You can be assured that he will search to find you the house with your expectations.

We knew Scott as a personal friend even before we chose him as our realtor, so we knew that he could be trusted. He took time with us to show us not only the homes we'd researched ourselves but also ones that he'd found that he thought we might like and that fit within our price range. Since we were inexperienced first-time home buyers, he was forthright in sharing his opinion about the advantages and disadvantages of various homes and neighborhoods. He knows the area so well and is well-versed in what will add value to a home and what will detract from it. It was one of the houses he suggested that we liked the most, and he did a great job negotiating the price with the sellers. He went above and beyond even after the sale was complete when we discovered some issues with the house that the inspector didn't catch--he personally helped us solve those problems, even though it wasn't really his responsibility to do so. We've been happily settled in our home for 5 years now but the next time we're ready to move we plan to call Scott!
