We had a friend refer us to Scott when we was thinking about selling our home. Scott was great about scheduling a time to meet around my busy schedule. When we met, Scott had all the documentation to support the prices we spoke about with him and available to us. We agreed on a price and Scott listed it. With Scott's attention to detail and assertiveness in his work he took several photos of all angles of the home. Within the first couple days he showed the home multiple times, and everybody commented on what a wonderful job he did with the photos to market the home. They said they loved how, because of the photos and description of the home they didn't waste everybody's time because they knew what the house was before the showing. We received several offers in a few days. He showed and explained each offer and with his expertise he was able to negotiate and get us a wonderful deal. He found us a rental so the move was smooth and painless as possible. He was with us from the start and until the title was signed. He went above and beyond even helping us move. I would, and have recommended Scott to anybody wanting to buy or sale. When the time is right I can't wait to have him help is with the purchase of our next home.

Scott Dutton both listed and sold our house and property within 4 days, for more than we originally expected to receive. Scott not only has a masterful knowledge of real estate and the entire Southern Utah area, but also exemplifies the old school style of a gentleman in every way; warm, friendly, extremely well-groomed, responsible, polite, easy-going and all with a great sense of humor. He paid attention to every detail imaginable, guiding and advising us throughout the entire process of listing, his taking great photographs of our property up to and including negotiations and right through to closing day. He was not only attentive to all of our telephone calls and inquiries but called often just to see how we were doing with our impending move and personal concerns. This is unheard of anymore and was most welcomed and appreciated. Scott even assisted with details that were not his responsibility. The buyer's Realtor, who seemed to not have much knowledge or sense of responsibility at all, was aided several times by Scott. Were it not for Scott, the buyer’s agent likely would have lost the sale. We have sold and purchased several properties within the last 3 years with differing realtors and had quite different experiences, not at all pleasant. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Scott or recommend him more highly. He made certain that our recent property sale was not only highly successful but seamless and very pleasant. If you are buying or selling any real estate property you will be missing the boat if you are not working with Scott Dutton.

Scott Dutton assisted us in buying a house in Diamond Valley. He took us to see all of the available houses in the Washington county area. He arranged the properties in logical sequence and provided many photos of each one for preview. We were able to concentrate on those properties that we had interest in. During the search process, I found his advice and knowledge of the building and finance business to be impeccable. We were from out of state and Scott took care of all the details that we were not able to do for ourselves. He kept us informed of the progress and anything that needed to be completed. Scott acted as our agent but discussed everything with us before acting. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Scott Dutton and would rate it at a ten of ten.

We were looking to buy into a community north of St. George and one of the friendly residents there suggested we call his realtor, Scott Dutton. We did so, along with some of the other realtors who had for sale signs in the community. Of those we contacted, Scott was the most helpful, respectful and responsive so when none of the properties we were immediately interested in panned out, we hired Scott to represent us as buyers. Although this was never going to be a big-dollar transaction, Scott treated it as if it was. He gave us a link to his website, where he constantly posted properties we might be interested in. We explored several with him by email and phone (this was to be a snow-bird retreat for us and we live 300 miles away), and he was helpful in visiting the properties, taking photos and lot line measurements (in the middle of a freak snow storm no less) and eventually we were able to secure a desirable lot at a fair price. We have been involved in many real estate transactions over the years and dealt with many realtors. This was potentially the most difficult one because of the remoteness of the site, but with Scott's help it went very smoothly and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. We don't hesitate to recommend him to others

Scott has all the qualities we were looking for. Responsive, honesty, Integrity, tenacious, forward thinker, and a problem solver with the unexpected. Scott provided an effective home search while we lived out of state. When the opportunity allowed us to view homes with Scott, we were well educated and informed with current documentation and statistic data that he provided through the entire process. Once we did arrive locally, Scott greeted us with a full review. He is tenacious in his work, and he viewed homes for us when we lived out of state which proved to be invaluable. His photo's and video's of properties gave another angle to understand the property. This allowed us to stay productive at home and working until the timing was right for our onsite visitations. He is highly experience in the administration, negotiations and requirements during financing phase. Everything went like clock work. Though some issues arose during due diligence, Scott problem solved and kept us on a straight path without time deviation. If the opportunity arises again, we will be asking Scott for his services. Scott Dutton made the whole home-buying process a breeze. Although extremely professional, he is also very likeable. You know he has your best interests at heart and wants you to be completely satisfied with your decision. He is flexible and works around your schedule. He's both organized and very knowledgeable about the housing market in this area. His role as an intermediary between our loan institution and us was invaluable. He took photos of the property we were interested in to send to our loan officer, sometimes even going there in the evenings in order to accommodate my husband's work schedule. You can't go wrong if you hire Scott as your realtor.

5 Stars are not enough to rate Scott. He was absolutely amazing for our family. He found our dream home that we spent almost 2 years looking for. His knowledge of the areas we looked was so helpful to us. We may have found a house we liked but he knew the area and why it was not as good as a deal as we thought. We would have made a bad purchase if it was not for Scott. Scott was always available to answer any questions we had and able to give us a peace of mind. If you are looking for a home to buy in Southern Utah use Scott you will thank me , we have already recommended him to friends and family looking to move to the area. Even after the home purchase he was able to help us out ! talk about service !! I can not say enough good things about Scott!
