About Scott
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I’m a husband, father, and full-time real estate professional who believes in hard work, resilience, and building lifelong relationships. I’m also a proud follower of Jesus Christ, and my faith plays a central role in how I live, serve, and show up for others.
I’ve called Rancho Cucamonga home since 1977, and I’ve had the unique opportunity to watch the community grow and evolve over the years. In 1994, I spent a year living on a ranch in Mexico, where I learned to speak Spanish and gained a deeper appreciation for culture, discipline, and life outside my comfort zone. Before real estate, I built a 16-year career in the film and television industry in Hollywood. I started in a prop house and worked my way up to Property Master on major productions. While it was an incredible experience, I eventually realized that the industry didn’t align with the life I wanted—one where my work had a meaningful impact and allowed me to be present for my family. In 2011, I made the decision to transition into real estate. I closed six transactions in my first eight months — and I haven’t looked back since. I found what I was truly meant to do: help people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. At the same time, life presented me with one of my greatest challenges. I became a single father of four—Ashley, Emily, Elizabeth, and Alex—during a difficult season of loss and transition. Real estate gave me the flexibility to be there for them, and that experience shaped the way I approach both life and business—with patience, empathy, and determination. In 2018, I married my wife, Paola, who has been an incredible partner in life. She brought balance, strength, and unwavering support to our family, especially during another major challenge I faced in 2023. What started as a routine infection turned into a life-threatening medical journey involving heart failure, multiple surgeries, and the removal of 80% of my pancreas due to tumors. That experience changed my perspective completely—it strengthened my faith, deepened my gratitude, and reinforced a truth I’ve always believed: I don’t give up. That resilience carries directly into my work. Whether it’s navigating complex negotiations, solving unexpected challenges, or pushing a deal across the finish line, I stay committed when others might walk away. I pride myself on being a strong negotiator, a detail-oriented contracts specialist, and a steady guide for my clients throughout the entire process. Over the years, I’ve also developed significant experience handling all types of sales, including probate and divorce-related sales, which require a high level of professionalism, neutrality, and clear communication. These situations can be emotionally and financially complex, and I work hard to keep transactions on track while protecting the interests of all parties involved. I’ve been fortunate to grow up around the real estate and legal world. My mother has been an attorney for over 35 years, and my uncle owned a title company, with her background—as well as my family’s deep roots in real estate, has given me a strong foundation in contracts, negotiation, and understanding the legal side of transactions. My goal is not just to close transactions, but to build lasting relationships and be a trusted resource for years to come. When you work with me, you can expect honesty, clear communication, and someone who will always go the extra mile to protect your interests and help you achieve your goals.
