Scott, a native of central North Carolina, has a deep passion for hunting quail, deer, and turkey, which has led him to maintain approximately 1000 acres of land since 2007. In addition to hunting, he also enjoys offshore fishing, holding a Captain's and commercial fishing license.

With his background as a former Infantry Paratrooper in the US Army, Scott brings a disciplined and results-oriented approach to everything he does. He successfully started and scaled a landscape business to 110 employees, which he and his wife still operate today in Wake County.

Scott has been in the real estate industry for 8 years, and in 2020, he was appointed as the Team Leader for Whitetail Properties in multiple states, including NC, VA, SC, and MD. In his current role as team leader and managing broker for his team, Scott continues to grow his own team and business in Central and Eastern North Carolina, which focuses on representing clients on recreational, waterfront, and development land.
