Scott was outstanding in everyway. Mine was a difficult sale for a variety of reasons. The property was a mobile home and needed plumbing repairs. He contacted more than 18 plumbers before he found someone and all repairs were completed before closing (at a very reasonable cost). Recommend him highly

Scott is the one to hire if you want to sell your home. Originally I had another realtor for 6 months trying to well my beautiful home during the terrific “sellers market”. She couldn’t do it. I hired Scott and from the day he had the inside pictures taken I put on the MLS to the day he sold it was just 7 days!!!! Besides that he is easy to talk to and very professional and quick to respond to questions you may have. Please don’t hesitate to hire Scott, he rocks!!!

Scott was such a pleasure to work with! He sold our rental home in 3 days! During these crazy times Scott was very patient with me and answered all my questions (which was a lot) .. he dealt with my emotions, the highs and the lows in helping my fiancé and I find our forever home! Scott made us feel like we were his only clients! That’s after 52 showings, hours of crying, at least a 1/2 dozen temper tantrum’s, numerous texts at 4:00am AND a tasty cake delivery at work!! He never gave up, stayed calm & positive the entire time. Did I mention he set up our house for the showing, brought boxes & helped us move!!!

I do not know were to even begin. So many emotions I was experiencing throughout my 1st home purchase. I know one thing I'll never make any big purchase during a PANDEMIC.😅😅 I'm just very thankful that Scott had so much patience with me because I was a raging mess. I am 2 months into our new home and I am still in disbelief I own my own home. My girls are so excited and love their new home. I am so thankful Scott was my realtor while I was selling my house! I had many fears about selling my home which meant endless questions for Scott.
