About Scott
Scott Kelley stands as one of the most seasoned Realtors in the region, a true gold piece to Domicile Realty. Scott’s area of expertise is in the sales and marketing of highly desirable golf course properties, and specially amenitized communities. Scott has been with the team since 1994.
Over his time at Domicile Realty, and our sister company, Governors Club Realty, Scott has been the number one broker in the area, based on annual reviews, four different times; each of these times Scott was recognized as “Salesperson of the Year.” Each year Scott continues to be a top producer and maintains excellent relationships with his clients, making the entire process a memorable experience. As the longest serving broker of Governors Club Realty, he has connected hundreds of people to their dream homes.
Yet it’s not only his knowledge and expertise that makes him to great, but his warm personality and character truly shines out in every way. When working with clients, Scott is focused on their needs, ensuring only the perfect fit between client and property is created.
Originally from the Hudson Valley in New York, Scott moved to the Triangle in 1993, after earning his business degree from The State University of New York. Never looking back, Scott has settled into this area as a homeowner and neighbor to many of his clients. He enjoys boating with his family on Jordan Lake, near his home; he has also helped coach his son’s ice hockey team and is a family man all the way around. In his free time, Scott can be found selecting new additions to his growing sports memorabilia collection; he’s an avid fan of the Carolina Tar Heels, and loves catching a good hockey game.
