There are too many agents out there that claim "no one will sell your home faster". To me that means no one will sell your home cheaper. Scott's approach is very refreshing as he focuses on maximizing the amount of money that goes into your pocket, and doesn't just facilitate a transaction. I have already recommended him to others.

Honestly, when it comes to writing a review for Scott and McKenzie I struggle, only because I don’t know that I can put into words how wonderful they are. Scott has a vast knowledge of the real estate market in the greater Tampa Bay Area, he is honest and always prompt with a response. Now, he is showing McKenzie the ropes. It’s been fun getting to know her and hearing her perspective on homes as well. We have purchased 3 homes through Scott and always use him as our listing agent. Whenever we close on our home, I am always a little sad that we won’t be spending as much time with the Kennedy Team. Over the years they have become more than just our real estate agents, they have become friends.
