Scott and his wife were married in 1996 on Lido Beach. He knew right then he would eventually live here. And they did; they found their place in the sand.

They are both initially from the Midwest. They have two beautiful daughters. One is 30, married to a great guy, a wounded veteran. They have two kids – a seven-year-old (our spunky grandson) and a 1 1/2 beautiful daughter. Their 17-year-old beauty lives with us here in Sarasota – although she has special needs, they are the ones who are blessed.

Jan started a promotional marketing, embroidery, and screen printing business in 1997. Through aggressive marketing and a solid commitment to customer service, her business has grown every year since its inception – even though the depressed economy.

Scott owned a flight school, aviation service, and aircraft sales business (which included transactions of corporate jets and turboprops) for a number of years prior to going into real estate. Through a nationwide internet marketing campaign and a systematic follow-up system, the business became one of the largest flight schools in the Midwest.

They were fortunate enough to make a decision to get into the residential real estate market. They are very active and put in a lot of hours, but they have found an unexpected true benefit to this industry – making friends. They feel that it is a true blessing to assist in helping someone realize their dream of home ownership and have made lifetime friends along the way.
