Scott McKibben is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Matterhorn Venture Partners, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm founded in 2024. In his current role, he leads the firm's investment strategy and sourcing of value-add and development opportunities across multiple commercial real estate asset classes. Matterhorn focuses on industrial, retail, office, and multifamily investments and serves investors nationwide.
Prior to founding Matterhorn Venture Partners, Scott McKibben was Co-Founder, Chief Investment Officer, and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group, where he oversaw the acquisition, development, and disposition of industrial properties across the United States, totaling nearly $8 billion in transactions and approximately 80 million square feet. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Madison Partners Realty, acquiring and managing more than 5 million square feet of office and industrial properties in Chicago and Milwaukee, and served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Prime Group Realty Trust, where he was responsible for office acquisition and development activity throughout the Midwest. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than $10 billion of industrial and office real estate acquisitions and developments.
