I was looking to sell a piece of investment real estate that I had been holding on to for awhile. Scott gave me a lot of information on the market and what it could sell for. He even gave me a loose strategy of what I could do with the proceeds after the sale. He made sure to advise me to consult my CPA before we made any moves. It all worked out smoothly and he also helped me find a new property to invest in.

Scott was a great help in assisting my family find a new home. I've worked with a couple of realtors in my life but Scott has been by far my favorite to work with. Scott assisted us in looking for homes, understanding what is important in our search, and narrowing our search to exactly what we wanted. Scott was able to locate several beautiful options for us to view. When we were ready make our offer, Scott explained our options and the home-buying process. I never felt like I was in over my head because of the help that Scott provided. Scott went to bat for us and made sure we were not taken advantage of by Seller. We had a smooth closing and, now, my wife and kids love our new home. I've recommended Scott to multiple friends.

Thank goodness I met Scott! I had been trying to buy my first place for a while but kept getting out bid. I had pretty much lost hope that I would be able to buy and just decided to wait. I was getting ready to move out of state for a new job. It all happened so fast that selling my home felt super stressful and I wasn’t sure how I was going to do that and transition to a new job out of state. Luckily o had Scott to help me manage the sale while I was out of the state. He made the whole process too easy. He even lined me up with an agent on Arizona.
