About Scott

Scott Nicholson is the Co-Founder of the NDA Collective. Originally from the Builder/Developer world, he has a keen eye for operations bringing a high level of execution to complex transactions requiring confidentiality and discretion. Before Co-Founding the NDA collective alongside his business partner Michael Tyler Nix, Scott owned and operated the brand Eastside Land Broker, brokering lots to builders/developers and advising on the best path forward for each development he was involved in.

His deep knowledge of complex processes and ability to bring real solutions combined with his many builder connections, allow him to advise clients on the best path forward to bringing their vision to fruition. Whether that is as simple as minor updates to a property post closing or as complex as undergoing a ground up build, he provides long-term stewardship and care of what the client is looking to achieve.
