I’m Scott Orich, Principal Agent with the Reali Group at REAL Brokerage and here's my story ...

I started my real estate career in 2004. My primary focus is residential sales with sub-specialties such as first-time home buyers, investors, vacant land, probate sales, and luxury homes. Since 2016, I've been helping clients in the Bay Area of California. In 2019 I joined Flyhomes as a Client Advisor to help them grow their market share in the Bay Area. While with Flyhomes I have enjoyed my best years in real estate setting a personal record for homes sold, gross sales and average sales price. In 2025 I became a founding member of the Reali Group at REAL Brokerage Technologies.

I’m a recipient of the 2021 California Association of REALTORS® Rising Star Award which recognizes up-and-coming agents, highlighting elite, new talent in the industry. Only 20 agents throughout California were recognized.

Prior to the Reali Group, I was with Flyhomes, RE/MAX Gold and RE/MAX Ability Plus. My early years in real estate were spent in Indiana where I had a global client base. I've served clients throughout the US and internationally from Australia, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Israel, Mexico and New Zealand. I reside in the Almaden Valley in San Jose. In my free time, I run, cycle, ski, boat and climb. I’ve run six marathons including Chicago, Boston, New York City, Indianapolis and Maine. I’ve taken many cycling tours through Colorado and New Mexico and have even cycled (as in bike) 200 miles in one day from Chicago to Indianapolis.
