As a broker, I owned my own successful real estate company, worked for over a decade with Prudential California Reality as a leading agent, and recently joined Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty because it’s such a powerful brand for our sellers & buyers. Bob and I have been the #1 agents in Solana Beach since 2008, even though 25% of our business is outside Solana Beach - throughout coastal North County.

Shannon (my delightful wife) & I feel like the happiest married couple in the universe, and we are authors of several books on love & relationships, including our best seller, The Love You Deserve. We’re also co-founders of The Love Center — a non-profit educational organization. We both live in (& love) Solana Beach. Shannon is a spiritual healer & author of the book Love Heals: How to Heal Everything with Love. We’ve given Shannon the well-earned title of CSO (Chief Spiritual Officer) of our real estate team.
