I have “been there, done that” – my wife and I (along with two dogs and two cats) relocated from the Washington D.C. suburbs to Madison County, North Carolina in 2016, experiencing all the challenges, surprises and excitement that come with transitioning to rural life. I also began working remotely at the same time, so I know what it takes to outfit a rural home to support a highly connected lifestyle.
Additionally, before I changed careers to real estate, I was a technology executive for over 15 years, managing complex software development projects and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts with large corporations on behalf of my company. I use this experience to help my clients navigate the complex processes of buying and selling rural property and remove the uncertainty around the financial and legal processes associated with their property transaction.
