We just closed the sale of our home and are excited to share that we are very satisfied with the service and guidance received from Scott and his team. From our first meeting we were confident that his decades of experience would be an invaluable asset and we were not disappointed. He helped us set a great price point that generated multiple offers in very little time. He explained the ins and outs of each offer and soon we were under contract. As different hurdles came along during the escrow process he walked us through different negotiating positions and then stuck faithfully to our decisions when working with the buyers realtor. Experience really counts in the current fluctuating financial world and Scott has it. We highly recommend!
