Scott was recommended by my wife’s sister, who he helped find and close on a beautiful home in Rancho Penasquitos. My wife and I had been house hunting for over 5 months in what had been a very exhausting and demoralizing process. After doing some soul searching, we realized that one of the main problems we were having stemmed from our realtor, someone who we liked as a person, but who we felt was not up for the task of closing the deal when the stakes were high in a very competitive market. My sister-in-law told us to give Scott a call and just see if it felt like a good match. We called Scott and explained our situation and the challenges we were experiencing after failing to close on a home after months of intense searching. We also expressed our trepidation about potentially leaving our current realtor and going with someone else. We did not want to make such a decision lightly. During that phone consultation, my wife and I were instantly impressed with Scott, his depth of knowledge and his skill in synthesizing complicated topics in a way that was easy for my wife and I to understand. Scott really used that conversation to understand us, what we were looking for, and why we hadn’t been able to find it after months of searching. After our phone conversation with Scott, we decided to move forward with him. We could not have made a better decision. Scott helped us close on the home of our dreams in a very short time after working with him. His expertise in this field was very apparent throughout the process, and we learned a great deal from him. Scott brought direction and focus to our home search, and we feel very lucky to have found him. We not only consider Scott a great realtor, but a great friend. We highly recommend him.

Scott recently helped my family buy and sell in the same community. This is the second time Scott has helped us buy and sell, and we couldn’t be happier with his services. He is very detailed and a forward thinker. We had to sell our home quickly, and he knew the market perfectly and priced it right, getting us more than we thought we could get. He is also very honest with the pros and cons of everything and good at anticipating and reacting to complications that happen in these transactions. Scott has an extensive knowledge of Scripps Ranch and San Diego and helped us get a great price on both the home we sold and home we bought. Moving homes is stressful, but we didn’t have to worry with Scott helping us through the process. I would highly recommend using Scott to buy or sell your home.

Scott is an incredible realtor. I would say his specialty is helping clients buy/sell a home for them and not focusing on his own intentions. He is professional, and has a wealth a knowledge and connections which is ever important in a demanding Southern CA market like San Diego. I have used him twice now to purchase both homes we own and could not be more happy with his efforts.

He goes the full mile for his clients, he even came over after we moved in to help fix minor cosmetics around the home as well. You couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!

He understands the market in real time, and is able to explain in detail answers to any questions we had. He is a skilled communicator. Scott greatly exceeded my expectations, and we were lucky to have him as an agent. He was extremely knowledgeable and also very intelligent in how he helped us understand the market, figure out what we wanted, and how we could get it.

He was extremely communicative and we always felt like we were his top priority. He did everything we asked, but more importantly he did all of the things that we didn't know we needed him to do. In the end we got the best deal we could have gotten in this tough buyer's market on a house that is perfect for us.

Although Scott worked as a buyer's agent for us, we chose him in part because his listings were the most well done of all of the listings we saw. The houses that he helped sell did very very well.
