About Scott

Scott Yalich - many call him "Scooter, the Down Home Realtor". Licensed in both North and South Carolina. Scooter was raised as a cabinet makers son and started his construction career at the very young age of 14. After high school he went on the receive a degree in Architectural Design and Building Management. Scooter relocated to Charlotte in his early 20's where he continues to live with his wife and family in the quaint little town of Waxhaw.

While in Charlotte, Scooter's building career lasted 20 plus years working for three National Builders as a Purchasing Manager, Building Superintendent and Quality Control Manager. Throughout his career he has experienced every aspect of residential construction and brings that knowledge and experience with him into his Real Estate career; knowledge and experience that not many Realtors® can match.

In his spare time, Scooter owns the "Down Home" title by riding four wheelers, fishing, boating and spending time cheering on his children in sports activities.
