About Sean
Sean Clark is one of Jackson Hole's most experienced and well-rounded real estate professionals, an agent whose depth of local knowledge goes well beyond the MLS. A full-time Jackson resident since 1997, Sean has spent more than 28 years living, working, and raising his family in the valley that most of his clients are just discovering. That firsthand experience is the foundation of everything he does.
Sean began his real estate career in 2003 and has been selling across Jackson Hole, Teton Village, Wilson, Alpine, Star Valley, and Teton Valley, Idaho ever since. He joined Keller Williams Jackson Hole in October 2022 and has earned Top Producer honors in 2021, 2023, and 2025, ranking #4 in the Keller Williams North Central Region and RealTrends #15 Individual Agent in Wyoming by volume in 2025. He holds active licenses in both Wyoming (#5083) and Idaho (#SP27313).
What makes Sean different from most agents is not his sales volume; it's what he does when he's not selling. Every winter, Sean is on the mountain as a ski instructor and guide at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, a role he has held for 22 consecutive years. He knows every run, lift, and every condition above every listing in Teton Village. When a buyer asks what it's actually like to ski from a Shooting Star home, or what the access looks like from a home on Granite Ridge, Sean can answer from direct experience...not a brochure.
Before real estate, Sean competed at the highest level in ski racing. He grew up training at Carrabassett Valley Academy in Maine and earned a spot on the U.S. Development Ski Team from 1991 to 1993. He attended Bates College, a Division I ski racing program, where he earned NCAA All-American honors and moved to Jackson in the summer of 1997. Sean was active in both the local ski industry and beyond, where he went on to win the infamous Jackson Hole Town Downhill four times (1998, 1999, 2000, and 2002) and Dick's Ditch four times (2002, 2003, 2005, and 2007). To keep sharp, he also competed in Skier Cross in the X Games for four years.
In the warmer months, Sean worked as a professional fly-fishing guide. He guided for JH Anglers, Snake River Kayak & Canoe, and Grand Fishing Adventures over his early years in Jackson. He knows the river access points, the best stretches by season, and the kind of fishing conditions that make properties near the water worth a premium, or not. When clients ask about a riverfront lot, a Hoback cabin, or access to the South Fork, Sean is not guessing. He also loves mountain biking and enjoys all the outdoor fun that Jackson has to offer.
Sean also holds an active Idaho real estate license and has been working the Teton Valley and Teton County, Idaho market since the early days of his career. When a buyer's budget or preferences lead them across the state line, Sean doesn't refer them out; he handles it personally, with 20+ years of familiarity with Teton Valley's roughly 300 subdivisions. For most Jackson agents, Idaho is a referral. For Sean, it's a market he actually knows well.
Sean has raised two children in Jackson Hole. He knows the school districts, the neighborhoods where families put down roots, the rec programs, and the rhythms of life here year-round. He lives this market...not just works it.
If you're looking for a Jackson Hole real estate agent who knows this valley from every angle, Sean Clark brings something most agents simply cannot: a lifetime of local experience across every season, every sport, and every corner of Teton County, Wyoming and the surrounding region.
