Coming from NJ to purchase a house, the luckiest thing was to meet Sean. Sean spent time with us first to see what we were looking for and then we chose what we were going to see. This saved us so much time and he knew what our priorities were for a new house. In addition, he educated us regarding Florida insurance and what to look for in a house. He not only helped us buy a beautiful house, but he guided us through the entire process and gave us referrals after the sale. He even suggested restaurants since we were new to area. We highly recommend Sean. He is very professional and has so much knowledge. We were very fortunate to meet him.
