Sean Ford, Real Estate Broker / Owner of Skilled Real Estate was born and raised right here in South Florida. Sean knows South Florida. He grew up in Miami, FL and attended Florida Christian High School before graduating from Florida International University. With undergraduate degrees in Management and Marketing, coupled with a Law Degree, Sean is uniquely poised to handle all aspects of a real estate transaction. Serving on the Master Chapel Trail HOA Board for several years gives him great insight into the inner workings of the community.

An information technology entrepreneur and technology evangelist, Sean’s real estate career began not as an agent, but behind the scenes helping other agents market their properties to the widest possible audience. Using automated processes and innovative social media strategies, agents working with Sean saw their listings’ time on the market drastically reduced while their efficiency increased exponentially. After several years of helping others, Sean decided to apply these techniques to his own clientele after becoming a licensed REALTOR© himself.

His analytical ability, knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in managing complex transactions give his clients confidence that their most important purchases and sales are being handled by a diligent, passionate and competent professional.
