About Sean

Sean Hayes began his accomplished real estate career in 2004 after graduating
college with a degree in secondary education with an emphasis in English.
During his formative years in the late '80s to late '90s, Sean's grandparents were
in real estate in their hometown of Bluffton, IN. Growing up around their real
estate business and watching them run an office was undoubtedly eye-opening
to the possibilities of real estate as a career and an investment. In April of 2004,
after the passing of his beloved grandfather, Sean transitioned from education to
real estate. To this day, he credits the move as one of the best decisions he has
ever made. For over 1 4 years running, Sean has received the 5 Star Award for
Real Estate for the St Louis Market.

Sean lives in Kirkwood with his two creative, energetic children, who keep him
entertained and engaged outside the office. As a Kirkwood resident and member
of the Kirkwood Chamber of Commerce, Sean remains highly invested in the
community by running a Mastermind/ Business Development meeting for the
chamber. He is an avid supporter of the Kirkwood school district, as it has been a
game changer for his son and daughter. Sean says, "The most amazing thing is the sense of belonging and community in Kirkwood. It is absolutely Americana at
its finest.

His enthusiasm for architecturally significant or different structures is evident in
the homes he represents."We live in these environments, and any way we can
create an appealing dramatic space that is enjoyable to live in is always
fascinating to me. Architecture is an art form, and I am often drawn to spaces
that feel like works of art," he says, "For some, that is soaring windows set in a
modern tone that allows for nature to become part of your interior. For others, it
is a simple cozy stone fireplace with a roaring fire surrounded by wood and other
natural materials. Each has its place and time in our lives.”

Sean's goal is to help his clients create a plan based on the items necessary to
their lifestyle while working to ensure a successful and smooth transaction helps
them get their desired outcome. His main objective when working with clients is
to create an Action Plan based on his initial strategic intake session. This plan
helps them to be confident in their decision process while selling or buying. We
all know something will not go to plan, and our systems and strategies prepare
his clients to adjust quickly and make decisions based on rationality.

Whether buying or selling real estate, it is an experience. In 2025, Sean's focus is
to continue to grow that experience into something his clients will love and feel
like they received the highest level of service when working with him to achieve their real estate goals.
