There’s those little things that Sean always handles and on top of. He’s the kind of agent you never have to second guess or question his guidance or advice. Sean was referred to me by a friend and I couldn't say enough on how impressed I was with his knowledge and professionalism in the real estate market from selling to buying a new home. He is extremely confident in his line of work and at times reassured me that it all works out in the end. His extended team of lenders, inspectors, title companies, etc. to help streamline buying a home were on point and stress free and made the transitions a quick and smooth ride. He was responsive and always answered my questions. My home was sold in 10 days with a full cash offer. My next sell/buy of a home will be again with Sean and his A Team!

Sean and his team are phenomenal. This is one of the biggest purchases I've made to date, to say I wanted to be comfortable with the people handling everything was an understatement. Long story short, I had to fire the realtor, that I previously was using over some shady things going on. Which did not make me feel the way you would want to feel, making such a large purchase. Called Sean up just to ask a few questions, because I've known him for years and his family has always been in reality, since I've known him. Next thing, he set up a showing of the house we were interested in. We went and looked at the house wanted to buy, put in an offer. By the next day we had our offer accepted, Sean was right there to answer any questions, even ones that I felt were too stupid to ask. I can not say enough good things about Sean and his team, they were right there to walk me through any issues we had. Ours needed a whole new septic system, Sean talked me through the process of getting that fixed. And talked me through the other option of walking away. Ours wasn't an open and shut kind of sale. But Sean was able to keep us calm and informed with everything going on. I will 100% be using Sean for any of my future reality projects or home and will recommend him and his team to anyone of my family members and friends, which I already have.
