And the photographer he hired did great work as well. Our home sold within a week of the listing going live. And Sean walked us through everything...including all the details of closing. Bought my first house with Sean in 2017 and honestly it was the best experience I could have ever asked for. Communication is key and he was always keeping me in the loop during the purchase. Present day 2025, I sold the same house with Sean, it’s crazy how much he remembered about the house. Through out the sales process Sean was constantly in communication with me through this process! An it happened so quickly one week is all it took! If it comes to selling or buying I would highly recommend Sean!!!

Sean was the single greatest resource during our first time home-buying journey. Sean’s responsiveness and patience is unmatched. He took the time to answer all of our questions, walked us through the entire home-buying process, and never once made us feel pressured or pushed to make a decision we weren’t comfortable with. Sean made us feel like we were the only people he was working with. He helped us keep a positive attitude in this competitive market, and he was able to schedule showings for us immediately when homes we were interested in hit the market. Whether it was putting in an offer on a home or negotiating our contract with the selling agent, Sean was constantly advocating for us. He was able to get us closing cost assistance and an amazing deal on our home (15K under appraisal value)! From the day I met Sean Jones I knew he was the right person to help me sell my home. I was a first time seller and he had all the answers I needed. I highly recommend Locust Grove Homes by Sean Joans. Sean was an amazing realtor, he made the process of relocating from New York to Virginia very easy. We were not sure where we wanted to live; Winchester, Culpepper or Lake of the Woods. He showed us houses in all these areas. We decided on Lake of the Woods and Sean helped us find our home after 15 house tours!! He is knowledgeable and has a whole team with him for financing, inspection, title company. We were able to close under 30 days! If you want a realtor that cares and really understands the market Sean is the one. If you are buying or selling your house use Sean as he will never give up until you are completely happy with your new home or house sold.

Mr. Sean Jones did not just put the Land on the MLS, snap a few pictures, and call it a day; he did far more… within days there were multiple offers.
Because he has great resources, he maximized our odds of getting attention as quickly as possible. Market analysis and an explanation of their pricing - certainly gave me a renewed expectations for a total stranger who really did ‘Care’ about his Clients and their purpose… not just a Commission. With all the offers that were coming in, I quickly learned the Cliental was totally different than with other Agents.... every offer was for asking price.
I would recommend this very Incredible, Professional, and Experienced Real Estate Agent to anyone who wants to get the Job Done ASAP. I regret not meeting him first..

Outstanding Service! We first met Sean when he sold the house behind us. When we became aware of some land that was available that we were interested in, we immediately called Sean. He was quick to respond, helped is find a lender for land and quickly contacted the seller's broker on our behalf. He also keeps in touch with you to let you know what is going on with your house.
