Hello my prospective clients, welcome to my page. This is Sean Lam. I have been licensed as a realtor since 2010. Moreover, I have been a condo association board member since 2014 managing the finance. I have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA, so I will use my forte to assist you in finding your dream home. My approach will be methodical and systemic. Unlike other agents who randomly show homes that do not fit buyers criteria. I assure you that you will not waste time when you work with me. Having assisted my client in acquiring primary residences, second homes, income producing properties, I am well-versed in South Florida real estate market.

In my spare time, I volunteer to help the local community. I am one of the founding members of the South Florida chapter of NAAAP (National Association of Asian American Professionals). I am a board member and also the external liaison officer for the chapter. NAAAP emphasizes leadership development among young Asian American professionals.
