You will not find a better realtor and a cooler person than Sean Lando. I have bought two houses through him now and he's helping me rent out my first. He is thorough, responsive, helpful, and is always friendly and professional. When I met him as a first-time home buyer, my mom and I randomly called him based on a house I saw on Zillow, he popped over in 5 minutes (even though he was doing housework elsewhere), gave us the tour, and when it was clear it wasn't the one for me, he spent the rest of the day (and next couple weeks) showing us similar listings until I found the right one! He guided me through the whole process and explained everything through my million questions. And a couple months ago, my husband and I were ready for an upgrade, and he was again super helpful and easy to work with. I recommend him to anyone- to all my friends and family and to anyone who will listen. Sean is the best!!

If you want to be truly listened to, have all your questions responded promptly and honestly, get professional guidance through the rather complex process of buying/selling a property, and feel treated fairly and respectfully in all circumstances, look no further. For many reasons, my house search was long and rather complicated but Sean never gave up on me, getting me to see more properties, negotiating, offering ideas, and giving me hope when I did not have much. When the right house showed up, I felt like he was carrying most of the weight because of how he led me through the entire process with negotiations (very successful!), clarifications, notifications, reminders, and all that. Yes, he knows his job ... but so do other agents, you might say. What distinguishes Sean though is that he truly cares and you see it in how treats everybody not just potential clients. That's hard to find sometimes nowadays.

Even though Sean was not as familiar with our neighborhood as another realtor we had used previously, his preparation, thoroughness and thoughtfulness made the process of selling our condo easier than we could have imagined. We will definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation. He made the listing preparation incredibly easy and was accessible and helpful throughout the contract period and the settlement process which was otherwise logistically challenging due to COVID. While very professional, he also has a great sense of humor and easy-going nature that makes an intimidating process so much easier.

As a former contractor and builder I've found most real estate agents unknowledgeable and minimally qualified to advise others on homes. I say that to give an idea of the skepticism and lack of trust i have. Sean Lando is not one of those kinds of agents. He is knowledgeable and competent.

I had a fairly thorny sale with lots of surprises and an ex spouse to contend with. For me it was a lot of stress. Sean was always cool and level headed. And, what's more, he has the home knowledge and chops to back up this confidence. We closed today and I'm completely satisfied with my decision to bring Sean on as my agent.
