Sean is an ALC member, 4x BOLD graduate, a member of Keller Williams Young Professionals, KW Rainbow Network and KW Luxury and is working on earning his managing broker’s license. He has a MAPS Mastery Coach and also owns his own separate coaching business for up-and-coming agents. Sean holds his Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. He is an owner and the rainmaker of Morris & Associates out of Keller Williams Bellevue.
Morris & Associates works with sellers and buyers and consistently gets offers accepted when in multiple offer scenarios. Sean is an award-winning contract writer, so any buyer would be in caring, confident hands, and any seller would have the confidence of having a master negotiator on their side.
Sean has professional experience with foreclosures, short sales, distressed properties, loan modifications, property management, out of state relocation and more. Additionally, he has been trained and is qualified to teach home buyer classes and currently teaches 10 classes per year.
When he is not out looking at new properties or writing contracts, Sean enjoys being outside, cycling, hiking, and exploring the beautiful PNW. He lives in South Seattle with his husband, Curtis and their dog, Tobias. They frequently travel to Lake Chelan to soak up the sunshine. Sean is a car, plane and ship enthusiast and a Harry Potter fanatic. A true servant leader, he is also on the Board of Directors for the Seabeck Conference Center, where he and his family have attended summer camp since the early 90’s.
