About Sean

Sean Mullin comes to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining, Sean worked for small boutique firms, and big-box brokerages, and even owned his own brokerage. From his many years of experience, he has developed a passion for the business, but more importantly, a dedication to helping people find the best home in every price range. With an extensive network of family, friends, clients, and colleagues, Sean prides himself on using his network to find off-market properties for buyers who are having trouble finding their perfect match in a low-inventory market. This includes alerting investors to possible off-market opportunities.

Sean got his start in the college rental market while attending Boston College and immediately realized this was the only career he wanted to pursue. Most recently, Sean has spent time working in the Seaport, Fort Point, South Boston, and South Shore markets but has extensive knowledge of the many areas of Greater Boston. Sean grew up in the Boston area and has lived in Dorchester, South Boston, Seaport District, and the East Boston waterfront. There isn't a neighborhood in Boston where Sean hasn't lived or worked.

Sean's motto is, "I'll talk you out of more places than I'll talk you into." So many of his clients have come to him frustrated with the process and feeling like brokers they've previously worked with just wanted to get to the closing table and move on. Sean takes the time to have the tough conversations about staving off potential money pits and/or poor investments. This is how he has developed a prestigious reputation in the industry and also why so many clients refer friends and family to him.
