Great knowledge and service. Kella and Sean helped me with my first real estate purchase and it was self evidence how much work they put into finding the best deal possible. They have a good read on the supply and demand patterns for the various areas they look into for investment options.

They walked me through the process of both purchasing the home and selecting loan options. It likely helps that Kella has a history of working in the loan brokerage industry, where she draws insight into how to find the best loan available.

The best part is, unlike other agents who operate solely as salespeople, that they walk the talk. Not only do they help many investors find great deals, they also purchase for themselves the investments they recommend to their clients. Sean puts in a significant amount of effort researching the market to understand where the greatest investment opportunities are.

Buying a home as a first-time buyer was incredibly nerve-wrecking and overwhelming at first. I spoke to a few realtors, who did not calm my nerves, before settling on Sean and Kella and I am glad I put my trust in their hands as they went above and beyond to streamline the process.

I expected my realtors to have proficient knowledge of the market and process but I was blown away by their efficiency, diligence, and above all, how easy it was to get in contact with them at any time. They were honest with us and provided great advice and assessment at every step- taking the time to explain what was happening and as well as options we had. We had a few issues due to other people involved in the transaction and Sean and Kella worked tirelessly to get it sorted, alleviating a lot of my stress.

Sean and Kella have helped us buy a home in Glendale AZ and then turn around and sell it 7 1/2 months later. Sean is a numbers guy!! He does the research to help us find where to look for a home and how to make a fair but successful offer on a home. When it was time to sell, Sean again did the market research to help us list the house for a reasonable but profitable amount. We successfully bought and sold our home through Sean and Kella.

Working with Sean was exceptional! We were buying a home while we were outside of the Gilbert area and Sean took care of absolutely everything. He listened to our concerns and needs, he contacted all the sellers, he was always available if we had any questions and he would explain everything very well. Sean took care of every step of the sale process and made sure that nothing was overlooked. He consistently went beyond the basic jobs of any real estate agent I have worked with, both before and after the sale. I think this last part is what impressed me most - typically once the sale is over it becomes far more difficult to deal with an agent. This is not the case with Sean. He was always available and kept helping us even after the whole sale had closed.

I could not be happier with my experience with Sean. If we are ever in the market to buy a house again I would definitely go back to work with him.
