I would highly recommend Sean and his team if you are looking to sell your home. Sean and his team were very responsive and provided great feedback on what we needed to do to prepare our home to put on the market. It was very clear that he was prepared and had a strategic plan for getting us the max value for our home. We ended up having over 20 offers in less than 3 days. Every day he sent us a full break down of every offer in a spreadsheet which made it very easy for my wife and I to quickly filter through to identify top offers based on asking price, loan type, appraisal contingencies, escalation clauses, etc. He also was in constant communication with us throughout the day through phone calls and text. Bottom line is I would absolutely call the Ostrowski team in the future to sell or buy a home.

Sean helped us negotiate and purchase a home in Madison that we simply didn't think was going to be possible given the location and the lot size. He expertly guided us through the entire process and was able to quickly get our offer in to help us secure the home of our dreams.

He then helped us every step of the way to sell our old home. His knowledge of the local market along with his keen advice on what to do to make our home more appealing to buyers was invaluable.

Meghan was fantastic through this whole process. I am a very busy executive assistant and the last thing I had time for was scouring the sites every day to see what was new in the area with how crazy the markets were. She was on top of it with getting me to homes that fit my criteria and learned what I would like very quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Sean (and his business associate that he works closely with, Stevi Dixon). My husband and I were first time home buyers and relatively new to the area. I did a lot of research into who we would like to work with and Sean is one of the highest rated realtors for our area (and for good reason too!). Upon contacting Sean he very quickly got back to me and was able to set up a meeting time within a couple days. Our first meeting was very extensive and really helped my husband and I delve into the world of home buying. Sean is incredibly knowledgeable and answered every single question we had with ease. Not only is he knowledgeable in his field, but of the Madison/Huntsville area as well. Madison City school zone is an incredibly difficult market to buy into and Sean and Stevi helped us navigate it with ease. Both Sean and Stevi made us feel like we were their only clients even though i know they were both very busy. They both responded to our calls and texts ASAP and were always willing to go above and beyond for us. They both made the home buying experience fast, easy, and stress free! I would highly recommend both Sean and Stevi for your next home purchase or sale. They are a wonderful team and we can’t thank them enough!

This was our first experience selling a house. We had no idea what we were doing or where to begin. We originally contracted a different reality company but after a few weeks of minimal contact and a lot of confusion, we found ourselves very underwhelmed. I was speaking to my good friend about my concerns with our realtor choice when she informed me about her amazing Realtor, Sean Ostrowski. She had the same underwhelming experience with the same Realtor company as we did and switched to Sean. She told me how Sean did such a exceptional job and sold her home quickly and with little stress. I immediately asked for his contact info and called him later that same day. He was very friendly on the phone and agreed to meet with us on a Friday evening because of our busy schedules. I expected it to be a quick walk through because of the day and hour but Sean was punctual and thorough. He did not rush our first appointment. In fact, he spent 2 hours with us, looking at the house, listening to our questions/concerns and explaining his process. He assured us that his goal was to make the sale of our home as easy and stress less as possible while still getting the highest price possible. He is a man of his word. He did EXACTLY that!! And what’s even more impressive is he sold our home during the COVID pandemic and with us planning a move overseas. There were SO many things that could have gone wrong with the shutdowns and the housing market, but through it all, Sean was calm and confident. He gave us good advice on how to make our home more marketable and helped us to work within our budget. He waited for exact right time to put out house on the market then created a lot of good “buzz” for our house with his “Coming Soon” advertising. Everything came together for us so smoothly. He sold our home quickly and for the best profit possible. I started out this first selling experience worried it was going to be a nightmare, but ended up feeling like it was a dream come true! I can not say enough good things about Sean Ostrowski! If you want to sell your home and get the most money you can for it with the least amount of work or stress, call Sean. If you are debating which realtor to go with and you can decided, call Sean. If you are inexperienced and overwhelmed about selling a house like we were, call Sean. Seriously, it is the easiest and probably best phone call you will ever make. Sean Ostrowski is an incredible realtor. Buying a house sight unseen could be a nerve-wracking experience, but Sean did his very best to make us comfortable with the process. He took us on very detailed video tours, answered all our questions, steered us away from potentially problematic homes and gave us information on the area and neighborhoods. During our initial conversations, he listened to our needs and wants and showed us houses that incorporated everything we discussed. We even sent him a Zillow link to a previous house we loved and he found us something even better!

Sean is extremely knowledgeable about homes, as he used to flip homes. He made finding a home an easy and fun experience. When we would walk in a home he would give me some time to walk through and see for myself and then he and I would talk about the home. If there are pieces I didn’t love , he was able to speak to how to make the space work or how to fix certain things. He would also point out things that could be an issue. I felt that through the entire process, Sean knew what I liked and what was looking for and he made it happen. I can’t recommend Sean enough. A lot of realtors “know the area” but Sean knows homes. His expertise is invaluable. Plus, he’s a ton of fun.

We used Sean Ostrowski to sell and buy our home in Huntsville/Madison this year and he was exceptional. Sean helped us find just the right house we were looking for. He was there every step of the way to answer all of our questions. Sean walked us through the process of fixing up our house to sell, putting our house on the market and closing on our house; as well as looking for a new house, putting offers on multiple houses we liked and closing on our current house. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. As a result of Sean’s advice, our house sold quickly and for thousands of dollars more than we thought possible! Sean is an excellent realtor. Sold my house in two days with several offers to negotiate on. He helped me understand the outcome of each and choosing the best one. He met repair / maintenance people at my house because I live out of state, and insured every detail was completed. He was in constant contact with the lender, myself, and the purchasing agent communicating progress, Inspections, repairs, paperwork, and closing. His written estimate was spot on for the cost of improvements to put the house on the market. There were no costly surprises that every homeowner fears when placing their house on the market. It’s nice to have a realtor who cares for the client and what is best. This shows great character and integrity.

Sean was an absolute professional, but more than that, he was 100% engaged in working to find what was right for me. I came into this knowing absolutely nothing about the home buying process. I'd heard the term mortgage, escrow, PMI, etc. but had no idea what they meant. Sean took the time to walk me through every step of the process and what I should expect. He wanted there to be no surprises for me. Once we got that out of the way, the search began. Sean did a wonderful job of taking my must-have list and transforming it into a ton of options. If I found a property that I was interested in he would go out of his way to get me in to see it as soon as possible.
