Sean was wonderful to work with. Me and husband are first time home buyers and from the beginning to the end of the process Sean had alot of patience. He was available to answer all our questions and concerns. He was able to get the seller to give us more money for our closing costs. I appreciated the fact he listened to what we were looking for in a home, neighborhood and school district. He made the process smooth and easier than we thought. We appreciate Sean because our family now have a place to call home.

I don’t even know where to begin. Sean is an amazing realtor. I’m a first time home buyer and he made my home buying experience extremely easy and stress free. He got me amazing deals for my closing costs and home security. He made me feel safe and comfortable whenever we went to look at houses and he listened to what I was looking for in a home and found me one that I absolutely love. He put in a ton of work to make buying my dream home a breeze. He fights for his clients so that they can get the best out of their home buying experience. Sean is overall an awesome man and I 100% recommend that you use him as your realtor. He’s kind, great at communicating, and will answer all of your questions and explains things in a way that it’s easy and clear to understand. It was easy to find the perfect home for my family with our realtor. He was always ready to answer questions and give additional information on all aspects of the homes. He even went out in the rain to show houses and he always was waiting at the house on time. He made the process feel like we was in good hands at all times. Sean was the perfect realtor for us, he guided us through the market in VA even though we weren’t there in person. He responded to my messages and would view homes for us very quickly. We ended up changing courses and finding a rental, in which Sean put just as much effort into and kept us informed with our application process up until we signed the lease.

I cannot more highly recommend Sean Powell to you! He was absolutely incredible!! My wife and I were first time home buyers and did not know anything about what we were doing or where to even start. We were lucky to have been introduced to Him through facebook recommendation. He is very knowledgeable, professional, accessible, and quick to answer every question in the home buying. I would recommend him to anybody with no reservation. In fact, I wouldn't let anyone work with another realtor than Sean if I have the opportunity to talk to anybody that want to buy or sell a house. He treated us as his only clients while he had thousands of clients to help at the same times. He made the process seem effortless. We could not have gone through this experience with anyone else. My closing costs went from very high to almost zero. Sean is just amazing! He had great recommendations through the whole process from lenders, to lawyers, to inspectors, and so forth. We took every suggestion he made and never regretted one. It is rare to find the work ethic, character, and genuine kindness all in one person, but that is what you will get with Sean Powell. Sean is not your usual realtor. He is very professional yet treated us like a family too. He was able to find our home and get under contract within 6 days of working with him. we have gone thru 2 big named realtor prior working with him but we were treated like numbers. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Sean! My family was relocating to Virginia from Oklahoma and had to find a home in under a week. We had very little help from other realtors. Most of them would not even return my calls or emails. The ones that did were very short and not very helpful. Sean was unbelievably helpful from the beginning. He was so helpful I actually didn’t think he was real. I thought he might be a scammer. I had to look up his website to make sure he was legit. Of course, he sent me his website and all of his specifications.

He was sending me homes to view in the evening and even on Christmas Eve and Christmas day! I totally did not even expect him to do this, but he knew what our needs were and the tight schedule had.I was blown away by his dedication and sincere empathy for our situation. I never once felt like I could not trust Shawn or that he would take advantage of us.

We will use Sean for all of our housing needs for as long as he is in the real estate business! Not only is he a wonderful professional, he is an awesome human! Thank you Sean!
