The truth is, I'm a real estate junkie! As a 3rd generation lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, I have a true passion for all things DMV. I was blessed at a young age (in high school) to have absolute clarity of what I wanted to do in life and that was to immerse myself completely into the real estate industry. After graduating from Christopher Newport University in 2007 with a focus in Economics, I dove feet first into the world of real estate and I couldn't have timed it better!

Within 6 months the Great Recession was upon us and the real estate world was turned upside down. These tumultuous times called for extreme measures and in order to navigate the challenging market dynamics we were experiencing two things were for certain if my young career was going to survive; 1) I need to hone my skills and truly learn all that I can and 2) Always put others first and bring value to them. During this time, Corey Dutko (my business partner) and I were able to get our PhD's in real estate (the street version), a priceless experience that I am forever grateful for. We were able to successfully help numerous families through the home buying process during this uncertain time, guide families through the challenging process of short sales, assist asset managers at large banks with their REO portfolio (foreclosures) and advise investor clients on how to identify, improve and resale homes for profit. Being involved with these different segments within the marketplace allowed us to broaden our skillset which our clients benefit from today

My mission is to help others build wealth through real estate. My approach to real estate is simple, it should be educational and fun. I have found that when people have reliable information they tend to make the best decision for them and their family. My core belief is to do unto others as you would have them do to you. Customer service is always the top priority. We've been extremely fortunate over the years to serve over 1,500 hundred families with their real estate needs. With our proven strategies and customer service being a top focus, 75% of our business is repeat and referral which is a testament we are very proud of. On the development/investing side we have had the privilege of representing and advising clients on more than 500 profitable projects.
