About Sean

As long as he can remember, Sean has had a passion for Construction and Real Estate. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics and immediately moved down to San Diego to help his family start and run their residential construction business, and where he would ultimately reunite with his college sweetheart, marry and settle down.


Over the last 15 years, Sean has dedicated his career to remodeling and new construction projects throughout San Diego County. Leveraging his construction expertise and real estate knowledge as a San Diego Realtor®, Sean has also represented countless home buyers and sellers over the last decade. Ultimately, Sean made the hard decision to leave his family’s construction business and go off on his own to start a new venture with his wife, Melissa, under Scofield Homes, Inc. Sean is a California licensed Broker of Real Estate and California licensed General Contractor.
