Serena is the secret weapon in my business. She's the one behind the curtain that does much of the heavy lifting and gets less credit than she deserves, but she's a true A-Player. She's professional. She's on-time with her commitments (often ahead of schedule). She's dependable. She's resilient when challenges pop-up. She's like a Swiss Army Knife in the sense that she's an expert in all the areas you need an expert and in the odd occurrence you stump her she ALWAYS knows the expert to connect you to and she's always happy to do so. I was hesitant to write this review because selfishly I want to keep Serena as my secret weapon but she deserves everything I've said and more. If you happen to connect with Serena and there's an opening to work with her I would run not walk to grab that opening. You will not regret it!
