Sergio Magno

Sergio’s career in commercial real estate and transaction advisory spans over 25 years with a focus on financial due diligence, valuation and asset/property management and leasing.

Prior to joining CastleArch, Sergio was part of the team at Capstone Properties where he focused on capital syndication, acquisitions and management for a diverse portfolio of value-add, opportunistic office, retail and multifamily assets throughout New England, with a total value in excess of $100 million.

Earlier in his career he was a senior member of the advisory team at KPMG, advising corporate clients on M&A deals with a total transaction volume in excess of $5 billion. Sergio holds a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and New York.
