Seth Haskins

A second-generation Realtor,® Seth has been around real estate his entire life. This made it an easy decision for him when it came time to choose his career trajectory. Seth started his real estate career in the title industry as a settlement agent before choosing to become a full-time Realtor.® Seth’s experience makes him one of the most educated in the industry. He has built a business around customer service and industry knowledge, working with a diverse range of clients, from first-time home buyers to relocating clients to those interested in investment opportunities and the luxury market. Born and raised in Bethesda, Maryland, Seth is intimately familiar with the D.C. Metropolitan area and its real estate trends. Seth conducts his business with a focus on understanding and fulfilling clients’ real estate needs. Along with his love of people, these aspects make him an enthusiastic, highly sought-after agent. Today, Seth works with the prestigious Washingtonian Group, part of the Real Living Team. He loves his job because it allows him to do what he does best: work with people and help them along their path to home ownership and investing. A graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, Maryland, Seth has a B.A. from Salisbury State University where he was an All-Conference player on the football team.
