My wife and I were introduced to Seth and Pierce Real Estate a few years ago when we were looking to relocate from San Jose to Hollister. Seth took the time to get to know us and worked diligently to help us find the home and neighborhood that best fit our needs. In addition, Seth took great pride in helping to introduce us to and immerse us in the community. Naturally, when it came time to sell our home and purchase again, our first call was to Seth. The level of service that Seth provides far exceeds any other real estate experience that we have had. Seth has always treated us as if we were family. His responsiveness, market knowledge, process knowledge, communication style and knowledge of the communities he serves are all impeccable.

Need an honest, knowledgeable, and courteous real estate agent? If so, Seth is your agent! Seth helped us buy our dream home in February 2021. Seth is an outstanding agent to work with! We have been on the verge of selling our home for a couple years. From the first meeting with Seth, he was eager, happy to help, and kind. While selling a home can be stressful, I felt 110% confident and at ease in partnering with him. He was candid, provided great feedback, and generously shared his breadth of local market knowledge. Throughout the entire process, he thoroughly explained any confusing details in a clear and concise manner that was easy to digest. Additionally, he was extremely responsive to all of our questions- no matter how small. When it came to selecting an offer, Seth was extremely helpful. He offered his guidance - personally tailored to what we were looking for- while allowing us to come to a decision. I wish there was a way to click on 10 stars instead of just 5 because Seth Muenzer is a 10 Star Realtor and should receive a reward. He is an amazing realtor to work with if you are buying or selling a home... I would recommend him 100% to help you with your purchasing and/or selling needs. He is professional, open minded, flexible, understanding, fair, humble, confident, positive and very knowledgeable... plus really easy to work with and the list goes on and on. Since I am looking for a larger piece of property for my animals and me, I need a realtor who is on the same page as I am and Seth has been that person from the start. It won't be easy finding my dream animal rescue property but he understands what I am wanting and is totally on board with my wishes. His positivity is off the charts. Realtors in San Benito County are a dime a dozen. My husband and I chose Seth Muenzer because he is everything an excellent realtor should be and more! He answered every phone call. He showed us every property we asked to see. He showed up for appointments on time. When asked, he gave us his honest opinion. He patiently explained procedures and contracts and timelines and anything else we had questions about. No, he did not bake us cookies, but who needs cookies when you have the best realtor in town? 😃👍

Seth went above and beyond for me while selling my house. I began a new job and moved before my home sold and rarely got back to San Benito County. Seth handled so many aspects of my move including providing a trailer for a dump run. My home was not the easiest to sell and he always calmed my fears.
