I worked with several realtors before, but Seth was the best for sure! He went out of his way to help me sell the house! He also did everything he could that normal realtors won't do to help me sell the house fast and tried to get me most money as possible. Seth also made great recommendations along the selling process and eventually let me decide on what I wanted to and explained the potential consequences based on the decisions that I made. I also liked working with him because he was a very good communicator (very important when working with realtors) and overall a great professional to work with!!

Seth was an A plus real estate agent. This was my first time buying a house solo and Seth and the team he put together for me were so helpful and calmed my anxiety throughout the home buying process. Seth Rick's was a tremendous help to our family when we recently relocated to West Columbia from South Florida. When we first began our home search Seth met with us and reviewed the local area in great detail as we had no idea where we wanted to live in the area. Finding a house was a challenge due to the low inventory available and the fact that homes were selling with multiple offers in less than a day on the market. Because we were not local we had to resort to doing virtual tours with Seth walking around with his mobile phone giving us a tour. He was extremely patient with us and kept reassuring us that the right house would come on the market and that he would show us as many houses as it took to make that happen. Ultimately we found a house that we loved and Seth helped us every step of the way through the process. I highly recommend Seth if you are in the market for a home in the Columbia SC area.

I have dealt with realtors in the past. Most which were not knowledgeable in there field of work. Some didn't listen to the needs of my family and some that wanted to do as little as possible. That being said, Seth is the opposite of those realtors. Seth is passionate about his career, which shows in how hard he works for his clients. Seth listens to his clients and provides quality homes for viewing. He wants what is best for you and your family.

Seth is genuine, which is hard to find in a person in that type of work.

I would recommend him to anyone.

I want to say thank you to Seth Ricks! Seth is our realtor from Weichert Realty. He is the most patient person. He helped us through the decision on buying and selling. We took six months to find a place (because we are picky 😂) and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. When it was time to sell our home, he was very helpful getting our home perfect for a quick sell. With his great knowledge and beautiful pictures our house was under contract in a day. Seth goes above and beyond what is required of him. Even letting in cleaners when we couldn’t get off work. He even broke out our vacuum and vacuumed our floors. 😂. If you are looking to buy or sell look no further. I would suggest him, because not only is he a great realtor, but we gained a friend in the process. 💕😊🙏💕

Seth went above and beyond as our realtor. From the first meeting all the way to closing on a house, he assisted us in every step of the way. He is VERY knowledgeable and personable. He made the home buying process as stress free as possible and was even able to accommodate our crazy schedule. He not only sold my previous home within a few hours, but also had a contract on my new home the same day! Can’t ask for anything more.
