Seung Lee opened High Tide Properties in 2004 after several bad experiences with "reputable" property management companies hired to manage his properties and not having any luck finding one that could do a decent job. Since its opening, High Tide Properties has grown into a company that provides outstanding service for Seung's clients, treating each rental property just as if they were his own.
