Shalanda Fletcher Smith is an Atlanta native and an Experienced Associate Broker dedicated to serving and giving clients exceptional professional service and honest advice, enabling them to make sound financial decisions in the purchase and sale or lease of Real Estate. As a very driven and highly energetic and passionate REALTOR of over 23 years, her wide range of experience consist of representing clients in traditional sales, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Rehabs, Fix and Flip, Buy and Hold, and Multi-Family Units. She is also a Certified New Homes Specialist, Residential Construction Certified, and a Certified Remodeling Specialist with experience in Luxury Homes sales.
