With over 12 years in real estate and more than $75 million in Rhode Island sales, she combines deep local expertise with a genuine, client-focused approach to buying, selling, and renting homes.
A Newport resident since 2001, Shana has an intimate, hands on understanding of these coastal island communities, from luxury waterfront estates to the region's rich stock of historic properties.
Before real estate, Shana spent nearly 11 years at Fidelity Investments, consistently ranking in the top 10% of her sales division and finishing as the company's #1 performer in her final year. She earned her real estate license in 2014, drawn to the freedom of building her own business and a genuine love of connecting with people, and to some encouragement from her father, an estate planning attorney, whose knowledge of 1031 exchanges and estate transitions she still draws on with clients today.
Shana maintains a trusted network of lenders, attorneys, contractors, and other professionals she regularly connects clients with throughout every step of a transaction.
A University of Oregon graduate with a degree in Spanish, Shana has a passion for travel and language that keeps her curious about new cultures and easy to connect with clients from anywhere in the world. When she's not working, you'll find her walking around town with her pup Quincy, catching a sunset with a great cocktail at one of Newport's many local spots, golfing, or traveling to see friends and colleagues around the globe.
