I came across Shanazar I believe googling realtors even though we were already consulting with another team of lenders and realtors. They just weren't responsive, nor helpful during the times where we needed them since were first time home owners. Shanazar kept reaching out via text and sometimes phones calls. By then my husband and I had trust issues because we thought everyone would end up being the same way. For some reason I felt Shan was different so I ended up convincing him to give her a chance and lets see what she has to offer. It did take us a few months though to reach back out. But she ended up putting up with us and we were definitely a handful that's for sure. She was with us every step of the way we looked at many houses put in many offers, and withdraw many offers. I'm sure there were times she wanted to throw in the towel but not once did she leave us hanging. She always went to bet for us emailing, texting, and calling who ever she had to. At the end during closing things became super overwhelming, frustrating and disappointing because of things happening on other ends but we made it through and closed on our house first house on June 16, 2021. Shanazar was very professional, and fun to work with through the whole process. Thank you,
