Shane Crowley is a true Washingtonian whose family has deep roots in the local community. His entrepreneurial spirit stems from both his father, and his father-in-law, who owns a local flooring business. Shane was inspired to enter the real estate industry in 2013 when starting his own company, Broad Branch Development with his long-time best friend from Georgetown Day School. Their company focuses on luxury residential single family and multi-family development. Shane joined TTR Sotheby’s International Realty to align himself with a global brand to provide the exposure and network essential to sell his projects and assist his residential clients.

He has recently launched a development consulting business focusing on high-end single family and multi family renovations and conversions. Providing another resource for clients who are looking to maximize their potential resale or renovating their homes after purchasing.
Shane lives in Northwest, Washington with his wife and two kids. He attended Georgetown Day School, Vanderbilt University and Georgetown Law School and enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family in his spare time.
