Shane Richardson

Prior experience: participation in the formation of Legacy Commercial, Shane also spent over 3 years Colliers International focusing on multifamily sales, land sales and retail leasing and sales.
While his primary focus is mixed use developments and multifamily investments, Shane's clients have engaged him for representation in additional, unrelated, transactions. His ability to adapt and learn quickly has enabled him to excel in multiple specialties.
In his spare time, Shane enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, playing ultimate frisbee, traveling and bbq'ing for friends and family.
