Jessie and Shanna are amazing realtors! They found us our forever home (for now) in Porter in our price range which was extremely hard to do.

In order to buy this house we had 2 weeks to sell our other one (this was before the crazy market). They were able to sell our house in 9 days at asking price. Jessie and Shanna work together to find you exactly what you need. Such an easy and low stress process!

I would highly recommend Tricia Wiegand for any and all of your real estate needs. I have sold and bought properties with her as my agent and she continues to amaze me with her talents, abilities, dedication and perfessionalism. When I sold my house she was able to set up her personal contacts with contractors and laborers to complete home improvement projects to maximize my profits on the sale of my home. Please, please, please let S&J be your next realtors. Shanna was our realtor not only was she professional but she was very good at her job and very knowledgeable about the market. We just brought out 1st home and it is absolutely the home of our dreams. Shanna was their through every step of the process and guided us through with no problem at all. It can be very stressful going through paperwork and all the things you need to do to buy a house. Shanna will guide you 1000 percent through the process. Also she is very good at working around schedules. My boyfriend works 3rd shift and we still were able to look at homes. Shanna is very accommodating to any schedule you may have. Jessica made our out of state move seamless and a wonderful experience. She was willing to schedule back to back listings in blocks of 12+ homes a day, off hours, last minute, and with incredible energy and overall kindness and honesty. She never pushed a home on us, was very honest about positives and the negatives of the houses, and knows the area well. She would answer texts and messages far later into the night than even the most dedicated agents do, and make sure we got the up to the minute listings to look at. These are more than realtors, they are community savants.
